
“Everyone is always like, ‘What does the video mean?’ There’s conspiracy theories behind my video. And it’s not quite as deep as some people try to make it seem. A lot of people think I’m in the Illuminati somehow through this video,” Cyrus explained during her chat.

Cyrus went on to admit that some of the crazy things that go on in the video are based on real-life things she's attempted with friends, and that she really wanted to show how different life is for people in Los Angles -- especially their house parties.
"It's all about being up in the Hills, or being in the Valley. So I really wanted people to see that," she explained.
